
Telesales Business Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B telesales calls to potential clients, focusing on generating leads and closing sales.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Lead sales campaigns and ensure individual and team sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Track, manage, and report sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies that maximize sales conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to strengthen sales pitches.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work according to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B telesales experience with a strong history of closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and closing strategies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
