100 Localz Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing telesales and digital marketing company serving clients across the US. We specialize in lead generation, appointment setting, and digital sales. We are looking for motivated TeleSales Executives to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, presenting services, and converting leads into sales. This is a performance-driven role with excellent earning potential through salary + commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to US-based prospects.
  • Present company services and explain value propositions clearly.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Accurately log client information and sales activity in the CRM system.

Working Hours

  • 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
  • Night shift to align with US business hours

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills in English.
  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or call centre experience (preferred).
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in US/International outbound sales campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telesales tools.
