  • Proficient in
  • Strong with Python and either Django or Flask

  • Comfortable working with MongoDB
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, IQ based questions etc.
  • Good English communication skills (at least one of the backend devs must be fluent, as client interaction is expected).

Bonus points if they have worked with:

  • LangGraph, some vector databases like pinecone.
  • NestJS.
  • Agentic frameworks.
  • any AI/ML experience.
