As we expand, we are offering a paid internship opportunity for a Business Development Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the IT managed services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the IT services sector.
  • Support lead generation efforts via LinkedIn, emails, and online research.
  • Learn and utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads and clients.
  • Participate in client communications and follow-ups under senior team guidance.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tailored sales materials.
  • Conduct basic market research to understand global trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales messaging with service capabilities.
  • Gain exposure to services like helpdesk, cybersecurity, and networking.
  • Learn to work with various tools and software used in international B2B sales.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or students with basic exposure to sales, marketing, or IT.
  • Good communication skills (especially for U.S.-based client interactions).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools.
  • Willingness to learn CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
