Admin/HR Officer

Umar Textiles is a leading name in Pakistan's textile industry, known for our commitment to operational excellence and employee well-being. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and running efficiently at all times
- Supervise and manage support blue staff (cleaning crew, maintenance, security guards, tea boys.)
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs — AC issues to plumbing, electical and generators
- Coordinate with vendors, electricians, repair services when needed
- Monitor and report facility needs (e.g., refills, repairs, replacements)
- Maintain an orderly system for tracking repairs, cleanings, and office tasks
- Be the main contact person for any facility issues or daily office problems.
Requirement & Education:
- Minimum 5 — 6 years of relevant experience in administration, facility management, or office coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to solve day-to-day issues independently
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and workers effectively
- Prior experience managing office operations is preferred
- Basic familiarity with facility maintenance and vendor coordination
- A reliable and approachable team player
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Korangi Industrial Area.
Shift: 10am – 7pm Full-time, Permanent Job - 8 Hours work shift | Mon-Sat
Qualifications: Must have Bachelor's degree.
Note: Candidates living nearby are highly preferable.
