We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience and develop professional skills in a dynamic organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Support in maintaining employee records and documentation (contracts, offers, policies).
  • Help prepare and manage salary sheets, payroll data, payslips, and attendance records.
  • Draft HR-related letters, memos, and communications as needed.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, policies, and compliance documents.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR, attendance, and policies.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Fresh graduates or students in HR/Business Administration are encouraged to apply.
