We are Hiring Manager & Assistant Manager- Operations (Islamabad Site)

Ideal candidate will be responsible for Crafting strategies for Site's teams, contributing to the team, Communication, Customer Focus, Decision Making, Work standards, Continuous improvement & Innovations. Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals

JOB BRIEF:

The role is responsible and accountable for managing all areas of People, Sales Standards and Profits and ensuring the contribution in these areas to the business is maximized, in line with the Strategic and short-term objectives of the business.

The incumbent will be accountable for the key accountabilities outlined below, however this is not a definitive list and the incumbent may be required to perform additional duties from time to time as determined by the Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service: Ensures that all staff are trained and practice Cinepax's Steps of Service and customer recovery.

Compliance: Comply and implement all Company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence. Ensure food and beverage are handled to food safety standards and all reporting requirements are executed correctly.

People Management: Provide direction and control for all direct reports.

Financial Management

Strategic Initiative-Provide operations management with feedback and develop improvement initiatives.

Marketing-Implement and execute organization-wide programs, promotions, and initiatives according to relevant briefs.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Work experience as Manager Operations or Assistant Manager Operations, preferably Hospitality Industry/Hotels/Well known Restaurant Chains (Operations)

· Experience running successful Operations of Retail Chain

· Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords

· Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

· Analytical mind
