Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Medical Billing Operations, located in Islamabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day medical billing operations, manage and train a team of billing specialists, ensure accuracy and compliance in billing processes, and handle escalations. The role involves collaborating with clients to resolve billing issues, optimizing the billing cycle for revenue maximization, and monitoring key performance indicators to improve efficiency.

  • Experience in Training and Clinical Research
  • Strong Research skills in healthcare
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in medical billing software and IT solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a medical billing or healthcare management role is a plus
