Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in supervising daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training and support to staff as needed.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize workflows and meet production targets.
  • Manage customer service issues and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze operational performance reports, providing insights for strategic decisions.
  • Support budget planning and cost management initiatives to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork..
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
