Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Introduction:

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
assist Head Nurse in day-to-day management of the unitteaching and mentoring novice staffensuring quality care being delivered to patientsmeeting clinicians frequently to discuss patient care related issuescoordinating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality of patient careassessing patient care and acuity trends, plan and manage unit and staffing with supplies, equipment, and resourcesdemonstrating initiative to review concepts of Quality Improvement in Nursing Practice (QINP)Requirements:
You should have:
a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited schoolminimum three years of nursing experience preferably in medical and surgical areas/operating roomvalid license from Pakistan Nursing Councilcertification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, Tool Training and Facilitation Courseexcellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skillswillingness to work in shift duties.Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
