Job Summary
ABS International seeks a detail-driven Call Center Compliance Officer to maintain regulatory excellence and uphold integrity in our contact center operations. This role ensures organizational adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in a fast-paced call center environment located in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce compliance policies specific to call center operations
- Monitor and audit calls for compliance with telemarketing regulations and quality standards
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting call center operations (TCPA, FDCPA, FTC rules)
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions for compliance gaps
- Provide compliance training and guidance to call center agents and management
- Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR if applicable)
Requirements
- 1-2 years compliance experience in call center or BPO environment
- Strong knowledge of call center regulations and telemarketing compliance
- Experience with call monitoring systems and quality assurance processes
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- High integrity and commitment to ethical standards
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred
