Job Summary

ABS International seeks a detail-driven Call Center Compliance Officer to maintain regulatory excellence and uphold integrity in our contact center operations. This role ensures organizational adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in a fast-paced call center environment located in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce compliance policies specific to call center operations
  • Monitor and audit calls for compliance with telemarketing regulations and quality standards
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting call center operations (TCPA, FDCPA, FTC rules)
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions for compliance gaps
  • Provide compliance training and guidance to call center agents and management
  • Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR if applicable)

Requirements

  • 1-2 years compliance experience in call center or BPO environment
  • Strong knowledge of call center regulations and telemarketing compliance
  • Experience with call monitoring systems and quality assurance processes
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred
