Job Summary

ABS International seeks a detail-driven Call Center Compliance Officer to maintain regulatory excellence in our contact center operations. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in our fast-paced Karachi call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce compliance policies for call center operations
  • Monitor and audit calls for regulatory compliance and quality standards
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes (TCPA, FDCPA, FTC rules)
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions
  • Provide compliance training to call center agents and management
  • Ensure data protection compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR if applicable)

Requirements

  • 1-2 years compliance experience in call center or BPO environment
  • Strong knowledge of call center regulations and telemarketing compliance
  • Experience with call monitoring systems and quality assurance processes
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration preferred
