About Us:

AI Square is a trusted provider of administrative and billing services for healthcare professionals. We are currently hiring an appointment scheduler to manage patient scheduling for our chiropractic doctor client based in California.

Job Responsibilities:


• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.


• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment-related inquiries.


• Maintain and update patient scheduling records in the system.


• Coordinate appointment availability based on the doctor's schedule.


• Send reminders and follow-ups to patients via calls, emails, or messages.


• Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns professionally.


• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.

Qualifications:


• Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment scheduling or medical front office roles.


• Familiarity with chiropractic or healthcare scheduling systems is a plus.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes efficiently.


• Proficiency in using scheduling software and EHR systems.


• Comfortable working night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM).
