  • Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in supervision of finishing works, with proven experience on high-rise building projects

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all finishing activities, including plaster, painting, tiling, ceiling, joinery, and external works etc.
  • Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project standards.
  • Raise non-compliance reports and follow up on rectifications.
  • Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on site by all contractors and workers.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between civil and MEP works.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues encountered.
  • Monitor and ensure timely submission of contractor's shop drawings, and material submittals.
