Key Accountabilities

  • Calling existing and new potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or sales, preferably in TeleSales.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of sales practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
