Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for a Sr. Sales Operation Officer at Peridot Products (Pvt) Ltd.

The Sales Operation Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations and supervising the sales operations team. This includes providing administrative and operational support to the sales force, maintaining and updating sales data, dashboards, and performance reports, coordinating with regional sales staff and distributors across Pakistan, processing and tracking sales claims with accurate documentation, and preparing analytical reports for sales reviews and monthly performance evaluations.

The ideal candidate will act as a
supervisor
, ensuring efficient workflow within the team, monitoring team performance, and helping resolve operational challenges to support overall sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales operations or support role.
  • Prior experience managing or supervising a team is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in similar roles within the manufacturing or FMCG industry is a plus.
