Job Type: Full-time (9 hours shift + overtime)

Important Note: Only candidates with prior experience in retail sales will be shortlisted for an interview.

Job Summary:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, answering queries and providing product info.

  • Drive sales by promoting products, offering recommendations, and meeting in-store

    sales targets.

  • Maintain store appearance, restock shelves, and manage inventory.

  • Process transactions, handle payments, and manage returns/exchanges.

  • Build customer relationships, address concerns, and provide excellent service.

  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and company policies

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Graduation
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience in a retail store (preferably for a fragrance, cosmetics or skin care brand)
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, POS systems & Cash management skills.
