A well-established FMCG company is hiring a Territory Sales Executive to manage and grow its retail sales within a defined territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building trade relationships, executing market activities, and achieving secondary sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and branding at retail outlets.
  • Expand coverage by onboarding new retailers and improving distribution efficiency.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market feedback.
  • Coordinate order booking, invoicing, and timely deliveries.
  • Support execution of trade marketing campaigns and in-market promotions.
  • Maintain daily visit plans and submit accurate field reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • 1–2 years of field sales experience in FMCG (experience in edible oil or food products is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the local market and retail distribution dynamics.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Must be willing to travel within assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65, Rs70,000.00 per month
