We are now looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring creative ideas to life through high-quality visuals that align with our brand and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media (web, social media, presentations, infographics, documents, etc.)
  • Design and format proposals, RFP responses, capability statements, reports, and pitch decks in Adobe InDesign.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all documents.
  • Design marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, proposals, brochures, and pitch decks
  • Create professional layouts using grids, master pages, and style sheets for efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure all final documents are print-ready and digital-ready with correct bleeds, margins, and export settings.
  • Maintain and update InDesign templates and asset libraries for recurring proposal needs.
  • Manage multiple deadline-driven projects while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the visual storytelling of proposals.
  • Work with subject matter experts and proposal writers to integrate text, imagery, charts, and infographics.
  • Assist in UI/UX design elements when needed
  • Revise and iterate on designs based on team feedback
  • Maintain awareness of current design trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven graphic design experience (startup or agency background is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma, Canva
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design work
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, branding, and color theory
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Fluent in English. excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for tech or SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with web design or UI/UX principles
  • Understanding of social media marketing and visual strategy
