Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The role involves driving brand awareness, generating leads, and optimizing customer engagement using SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and oversee social media strategies to build brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage SEO/SEM activities to improve search rankings.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize paid ads campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting) to maximize ROI.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers to produce creative marketing assets.
  • Track, measure, and analyze performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and propose innovative strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Google Ads / Search Console / Analytics
  • Facebook Business Manager / Instagram Ads
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar email tools
  • Canva / Photoshop (basic design skills)
  • WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS

Job Type: Full-time
