Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for an Inbound Sales Specialist. The Inbound Sales Specialist will manage incoming sales inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and offer tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, educating customers about products and services, maintaining accurate records, and achieving defined sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong Communication skills to engage with customers and articulate product offerings clearly
  • Proven ability in Sales to close deals, achieve sales targets, and upsell where appropriate
  • Ability to adapt, multitask, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for customer relationship management is a plus
