Job Title: Inbound Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into sales. This role is best suited for someone with strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build rapport quickly. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through our offerings and helping them find the best solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, chat, or website inquiries
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and readiness to buy
- Understand and present products or services clearly to potential customers
- Follow up on leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to improve the customer experience
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer conversations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inbound sales, telesales, or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
