About Us: We are a pioneering startup leading the charge in digital marketing, specializing in harnessing the power of Instagram for business growth. As a valued intern within our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our outreach initiatives, foster client relationships, and play a crucial role in our expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences and industries primed for engagement on Instagram.
  • Initiate outreach via Cold DMs on Instagram to generate leads and effectively close deals for our business.
  • Craft compelling responses to nurture conversations and captivate potential leads, showcasing our value proposition.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  • Consistently meet and surpass weekly and monthly targets for initiating conversations and securing deals closed.
  • Remain abreast of Instagram trends, features, and alterations, adapting strategies accordingly to optimize lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive messages.
  • Proficiency in Instagram as a marketing platform, including direct messaging best practices.
  • Driven by a goal-oriented mindset, with a resolute determination to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess to effectively manage lead data and communication records.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic startup environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote-based position.
  • 5 days a week, 7 hours per day.
  • Timings: 5:00 pm - 12:00 am (flexibility may be required based on business needs).
