Role Description

This is a full-time assistant role located on-site in the Karachi Division. The assistant will support various departments with clerical duties, manage schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with administrative tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include data entry, document preparation, file management, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of office equipment and technology
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
