Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Karachi. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, organizing meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies. They will also provide executive administrative support, coordinate communication within the office, and assist in clerical functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
