We are "Za-min," a stealth-mode health-tech venture at the ideation stage, poised to redefine the future of personal healthcare.

Our mission is to shift the paradigm from reactive treatment to proactive, predictive wellness. We are designing an intelligent, AI-powered health companion that makes personalized health management intuitive, accessible, and deeply integrated into the daily lives of users, with an initial focus on emerging markets. We are not just building another health app; we are architecting a complete ecosystem to empower patients and connect them seamlessly with their care providers. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven co-founder to join at the ground floor and help shape this vision into a reality.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote co-founder role with a significant equity stake. As a Co-Founder, you will be a true partner in building "Za-min" from the ground up. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate on product strategy and lead the technical and/or product development of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

You will be responsible for shaping our product roadmap, defining the system architecture, and being a hands-on builder or product owner. You will work side-by-side with the founding partner to validate ideas, conduct user research, define our go-to-market strategy, and build the foundational culture of our company. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and a willingness to execute in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A true builder's mentality with resilience, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Technical or Product Expertise: Proven experience in either hands-on software development (Mobile/Web, Cloud Architecture, AI/ML integration is a huge plus) OR product management (UX/UI, User Research, Agile methodologies).
  • Strong Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to dissect problems, conduct market and user research, and translate findings into a concrete product strategy.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to clearly articulate vision, debate ideas constructively, and work effectively as a strategic partner.
  • Passion for Health-Tech: A genuine interest in digital health, AI, and solving complex healthcare challenges.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Experience in a startup or in building a product from scratch is a significant plus.
