Hiring: CEO / Head of Cohosting Operations (Short-Term Rentals | Airbnb | )
We're building a next-generation Cohosting & Property Management Agency based in Pakistan, serving international property owners (USA, UK, UAE, etc.) — and we're looking for a CEO / Head of Operations to lead the launch.
This isn't a typical 9–5 job — it's a leadership role for someone who understands the short-term rental ecosystem and wants to grow a brand from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
Oversee Airbnb, , and VRBO property operations end to end.
Set up SOPs for guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, and listing optimization.
Train & manage property managers and customer support team.
Coordinate with international clients (property owners) and ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with founders to scale from 0 → 50+ properties under management.
Integrate automation tools (Hostaway, Hospitable, etc.) for efficiency.
Who You Are:
Experienced with Airbnb Hosting or Cohosting (either personally or via a company).
Understands listing management, guest handling, and short-term rental compliance.
Knows tools like Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, AirDNA (bonus).
Organized, proactive, and fluent in English.
Excited to build and lead a team from scratch.
Compensation:
Base: PKR 120K – 180K/month (depending on experience)
Profit share bonuses as we scale and onboard new properties.
Long-term growth potential — this position leads the entire cohosting division.

We're creating a fully managed cohosting solution for global property owners — helping them automate their Airbnb & booking operations while maximizing occupancy and guest experience.
Our team will handle everything: guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, and marketing.
