We are seeking an experienced Content & SEO Specialist to join our team and enhance the online presence of our real estate developments and projects. This role will involve developing content strategies, optimizing our website for search engines, and creating compelling copy that speaks to potential buyers, investors, and clients interested in real estate opportunities. You will collaborate with our marketing team to ensure that all digital content aligns with the brand and drives relevant traffic to our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Create engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, property listings, social media, and other marketing materials, specifically tailored to real estate audiences.
  • SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for our real estate projects, including both on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Property Descriptions & Landing Pages: Write and optimize detailed property descriptions, landing pages, and listing pages that are both user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
  • Local SEO: Optimize content and web pages for local SEO, ensuring our projects rank well for key terms related to real estate in Islamabad and other areas we operate in.
  • Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable search terms in the real estate sector and incorporate them into all web and blog content.
  • Content Marketing: Develop content marketing strategies that engage potential buyers and investors, focusing on the value propositions of our developments, lifestyle benefits, and community features.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor performance, track SEO efforts, and create performance reports to share with the marketing and leadership teams.
  • Social Media Optimization: Work with the social media team to optimize content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and real estate portals to drive traffic and brand awareness.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Track competitor websites and real estate trends to stay ahead of the competition and propose improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content writing, SEO, or digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google algorithms, and tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive, clear, and engaging content.
  • Experience with real estate-specific content, including property descriptions, blogs, and market reports, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), especially WordPress, and familiarity with HTML/CSS basics.
  • Understanding of local SEO techniques, especially for real estate in Pakistan.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with marketing and design teams.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising strategies (PPC, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
