We're at the early stage of our journey and looking for a seasoned operator to scale this vision into a leading apparel business.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO)
to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of Raimento. The COO will work closely with the Founder/CEO to set strategy, establish operational frameworks, and drive growth. This role requires
deep experience in apparel, fashion retail, or consumer goods
, with a strong focus on supply chain, production, distribution, and scaling a premium lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to scale Raimento from launch to growth stage.
  • Oversee
    end-to-end supply chain
    : sourcing, production, quality control, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Build vendor and supplier relationships to ensure
    premium quality and sustainable sourcing
    .
  • Drive
    process optimization
    for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure business operations align with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product development teams to ensure operational readiness for product launches.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements.
  • Report directly to the CEO and contribute to high-level strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record (7+ years) in operations leadership within
    apparel, retail, or fashion industry
    (startup or established brand).
  • Strong expertise in
    supply chain management, manufacturing, and distribution networks
    .
  • Experience with
    D2C e-commerce
    and retail models preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero and scale fast.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
