Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) located in Lahore. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, formulating and implementing business strategies, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing resources, optimizing operational procedures, and monitoring financial performance. The COO will also be responsible for coordinating various departments to drive operational efficiency and support the overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Business Planning and Operations Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize processes
  • Expertise in Finance and Budgeting
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
