About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Unreal Engine Developer to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise in C++ and Blueprints, with hands-on experience developing gameplay systems, multiplayer logic, and optimizing large-scale real-time experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop core systems using C++ and Blueprints
  • Build and maintain multiplayer features (replication, server logic, RPCs)
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, engineers and other developers to bring features to life
  • Optimize performance across CPU, GPU, memory, and networking
  • Implement and debug animation states, AI behaviors, and UI systems
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and tool development
  • Integrate serial port, TCP/UDP Communication.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)
  • Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprint scripting
  • Solid understanding of multiplayer architecture and replication
  • Experience working with VR/AR, especially Meta Quest or PC VR (preferred)
  • Familiarity with performance tools like Unreal Insights, Stat commands, and profiling
  • Comfortable with Git or any Unreal project versioning

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Unreal Gameplay Ability System (GAS)
  • Knowledge of shader/material development
  • Experience in integrating hardware components with Unreal projects
  • Contributions to UE marketplace or open-source Unreal projects
