Unreal Engine Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Unreal Engine Developer to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise in C++ and Blueprints, with hands-on experience developing gameplay systems, multiplayer logic, and optimizing large-scale real-time experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop core systems using C++ and Blueprints
- Build and maintain multiplayer features (replication, server logic, RPCs)
- Collaborate with designers, artists, engineers and other developers to bring features to life
- Optimize performance across CPU, GPU, memory, and networking
- Implement and debug animation states, AI behaviors, and UI systems
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and tool development
- Integrate serial port, TCP/UDP Communication.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprint scripting
- Solid understanding of multiplayer architecture and replication
- Experience working with VR/AR, especially Meta Quest or PC VR (preferred)
- Familiarity with performance tools like Unreal Insights, Stat commands, and profiling
- Comfortable with Git or any Unreal project versioning
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Unreal Gameplay Ability System (GAS)
- Knowledge of shader/material development
- Experience in integrating hardware components with Unreal projects
- Contributions to UE marketplace or open-source Unreal projects
