Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Commission-Based Sales Partner
to bring in new clients and projects. This is
not a salaried job
– you earn a commission from every project you close for us.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients (via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold outreach, etc.).
- Pitch and promote our software services to startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
- Negotiate and help close deals (our technical team will support you with proposals and demos).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide regular updates on leads and opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in
sales, business development, or client acquisition
(preferably in IT/software). - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like
Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn
is a plus.
Compensation
- 10% – 15% commission
on every closed project. - Higher percentage for recurring/long-term clients.
- Unlimited earning potential – the more clients you bring, the more you earn.
