Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Takaful Team Manager at the Gujranwala branch of Askari Life Assurance Co. Ltd. The Takaful Team Manager will be tasked with leading a team of representatives to meet sales and operational targets associated with Takaful products. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, mentoring, and monitoring team performance, developing workable sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
