Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends.

Outreach potential customers or clients on linkedin, Upwork, Cold Emailing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Conduct market research to identify growth areas and competitive advantages.

Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and goals.

Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role in IT / Software House.

Experience Required 2-4 Years.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Comfortable in relocating to the office location.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
