About the Role

We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
to lead and execute multi-channel paid campaigns across
Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and SEO initiatives
. The ideal candidate is data-driven, growth-focused, and experienced in scaling digital campaigns with measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize
    PPC campaigns
    across Amazon, Google, and Meta platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
  • Plan and execute
    SEO strategies
    to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and visibility.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, conversions).
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new ad features, and algorithm changes.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and strategies to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience
    in performance marketing across Amazon, Google, and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through
    PPC campaigns and SEO
    .
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce and marketplace growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Certification(s) in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Amazon Advertising.
