We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website's visibility, driving organic traffic, and ensuring top rankings on search engines. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, and the ability to lead and implement optimization strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends evaluation.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure for improved rankings.
  • Perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues and recommend fixes.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Track and report SEO KPIs, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry practices.
  • Drive link-building initiatives and improve domain authority through ethical practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, structured data).
  • Basic understanding of PPC/SEM campaigns.
  • Experience with content marketing and copywriting for SEO.
