Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Facilitator and School Counselor, based in Karachi. The individual will be responsible for administrative coordination and ensuring smooth operational functioning within the school. Additionally, the role involves providing emotional and academic counseling to students, creating and implementing counseling plans, take Social-Emotional learning classes and working closely with teachers and parents to support student growth. The role may also involve developing wellness programs and fostering positive learning environments for all students.

Qualifications

  • Administrative and organizational skills, including task prioritization, scheduling, and managing school operations
  • Counseling and interpersonal skills, such as providing emotional support and creating student development plans
  • Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills for handling challenges in a school setting
  • Familiarity with educational best practices and understanding of child psychology
  • A degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Relevant professional experience in school facilitation or counseling
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
