About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and driven E-Commerce Specialist with a strong focus on managing Amazon storefronts to help grow our online apparel business. This role is ideal for someone who understands the ins and outs of Amazon Seller Central, thrives in a data-driven environment, and has experience in garment e-commerce and dropshipping operations.

You'll be the go-to person for optimizing our Amazon presence—handling everything from listings to fulfillment—while also supporting expansion across platforms like Shein, Noon, and eBay. Your ability to stay ahead of platform trends and fashion shifts will be key to driving revenue and delivering a standout customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Amazon storefronts—optimize product listings, keywords, pricing, and backend content for maximum visibility and conversion
  • Execute and streamline dropshipping workflows—including supplier coordination, order processing, and logistics tracking
  • Ensure accurate stock levels and timely vendor communication across all selling platforms
  • Monitor traffic, sales trends, and reviews on Amazon; identify areas for improvement and take action
  • Launch and manage Amazon promotions, deals, coupons, and sponsored ad campaigns
  • Handle customer support for Amazon orders (returns, messages, complaints) in a timely, professional manner
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for high-converting product pages (images, descriptions, size guides)
  • Stay current on Amazon policies, algorithm updates, fashion seasonality, and platform changes
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve ranking and sales

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (required)
  • Strong background in garment e-commerce, especially product listing and catalog management
  • Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, product ranking, keyword research, and backend optimization
  • Experience with dropshipping operations and supplier management
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing e-commerce performance data to inform decisions
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of garment materials, fashion trends, and sizing conventions
  • Background in fashion merchandising or online catalog creation
  • Experience with other marketplaces (Shein, Noon, eBay)
