Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an
E-Commerce & Data Executive
located in Karachi Division. The E-Commerce & Data Executive will be responsible for managing online commerce activities, analyzing data & enhancing customer service experiences. Daily tasks will include sales management, optimizing e-commerce operations, and ensuring effective communication with customers and team members.

Job Description:

  • Manage product listings on Shopify – upload, update, and optimize product details, images, and pricing.
  • Handle product data & CSV files – bulk uploads, catalog updates, and ensuring data accuracy across the platform.
  • Support e-commerce operations – coordinate with the team to maintain an updated catalog, troubleshoot listing issues, and ensure smooth online store management.
  • Monitor product performance – track sales, inventory levels, and listing analytics to recommend optimizations for better conversions.
  • Ensure SEO and content accuracy – update product titles, descriptions, and tags for improved search visibility and user experience.

  • Proven Sales experience
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Karachi Division
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
