Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings, uploads, and overall online catalog maintenance across various platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, appealing, and optimized product information to enhance visibility and drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure high-quality product visuals and content.
  • Regularly monitor product inventory and update stock levels online.
  • Optimize listings with relevant keywords for better search ranking and visibility.
  • Handle bulk uploads and data entry through Excel or CMS portals.
  • Track and report performance of listed products (views, clicks, conversions).
  • Assist in online promotions, campaign setup, and banner updates.
  • Resolve listing errors or discrepancies in coordination with the technical team.
  • Maintain product categorization, filters, and tagging for better user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or product listing
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms , Shopify
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
  • Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
