Job Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support our Technical Department in managing the .NET Development Team. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development (preferably .NET) and experience in project coordination, resource management, and client communication. This role involves overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality deliverables, and facilitating smooth collaboration between developers, QA, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Coordination & Management

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring .NET development projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track progress against timelines, budgets, and milestones.
  • Coordinate between technical teams, clients, and management.

2. Team Management

  • Supervise and guide the .NET development team on daily tasks and priorities.
  • Ensure workload distribution is balanced and aligned with project requirements.
  • Facilitate stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.

3. Quality Assurance & Delivery

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct code reviews or coordinate peer reviews within the .NET team.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

4. Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status, risks, and updates.
  • Prepare project status reports for management.
  • Act as the primary contact point for technical clarifications.

5. Process Improvement

  • Recommend improvements in development workflows, tools, and methodologies.
  • Support the adoption of Agile/Scrum best practices.
  • Monitor productivity and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development (preferably with .NET technologies).
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management roles.

Pay: Rs100, Rs110,000.00 per month
