Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Project Manager Intern
to join our team. This is a
paid internship
with the potential to transition into a
full-time role
based on performance. The selected candidate will work closely with the Project Management team to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across different domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Monitor project progress, highlight potential risks, and suggest solutions.
  • Assist in task allocation, time management, and resource planning.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders under supervision.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates and contributing ideas.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled in final year) in
    Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
    .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office Suite
    ; familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project) is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
