𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: 1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in coordinating multiple concurrent software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  2. Help track sprint progress, deliverables, and dependencies using JIRA and ClickUp.
  3. Support communication between developers, testers, UX/UI, product owners, and external vendors.
  4. Ensure sprint ceremonies (daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming) are scheduled and provide assistance in facilitation.
  5. Monitor project tasks, identify potential blockers, and escalate issues to the Project Manager with proposed inputs.
  6. Provide support in release planning and production deployment coordination with DevOps and QA teams.
  7. Maintain and update project documentation, Confluence pages, and dashboards for team visibility.
  8. Collect and track KPIs (velocity, sprint burndown, issue resolution time) and provide reports to the Project Manager for process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role within the IT industry.
  2. Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to support leadership.
  5. Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.).
  6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
