· Proven experience in selling enterprise-level software solutions to B2B clients, particularly within the Retail and Talent Assessment domains.

· Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to drive consistent sales growth.

· Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, strategic partnerships, and digital marketing channels.

· Lead end-to-end sales cycles by presenting the company's products & solutions to prospective clients and clearly articulating value propositions.

· Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, presentations, and commercial offers aligned with client needs and revenue targets.

· Close deals in line with company's sales goals while ensuring profitability and long-term client value.

· Demonstrate a strong understanding of consultative selling, sales funnels, and revenue-driven strategies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients and key decision-makers.

· Apply strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Operations and Delivery.

· Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client requirements, optimize sales approaches, and improve conversion rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
