Role / Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Karachi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, delivering training sessions for clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Proven ability to train and guide customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Internediate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
