We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with prior experience in the lubricants industry to support our sales operations. organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and annual sales reports.

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and on time.

  • Prepare daily SPs for deliveries and dispatches based on customer demand and stock availability.

  • Draft and maintain distribution agreements.

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence.

  • Maintain regular reports on sales targets and achievements.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

  • Prepare monthly commission reports.

  • Update and maintain sales records and databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Previous experience in within the lubricants industry is mandatory.

  • Good knowledge of lubricants and their sales processes.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
