Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, providing excellent customer service, and supporting customer inquiries. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer records. The role will also involve training customers on property services and assisting with any issues they may encounter.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Excellent Communication and Sales abilities
  • Experience in providing customer training
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
