Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers daily.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication techniques.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Record customer interactions and sales activity accurately in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine calling strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections confidently and close deals.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (experience with [insert relevant tool, e.g., , HubSpot, etc.] is a plus).
  • Resilient, energetic, and comfortable making high call volumes daily.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
