, we build an AI-first GTM operating system powering sales and marketing teams with better data, faster execution, and integrated automation. We are scaling quickly and need hands-on Clay operators to deliver reliable ICP lists and enriched contact data at startup speed.

Role Overview

We are hiring
2–3 Clay Operators
(similar functionality in the graph8 platform) who can take an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) brief from our Growth Managers and turn it into a
qualified, enriched, and campaign-ready list the same day
.

This is a highly execution-focused role — you'll work directly in graph8, Clay, Clickhouse (SQL), and other enrichment tools to produce results that drive pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • ICP Execution:
    Take a campaign brief (industry, size, geography, titles, tech stack) and produce targeted ICP lists.
  • Enrichment Workflows:
    Build workflows in Clay to enrich contact and company data
  • Data Hygiene:
    Deduplicate contacts, validate emails, and ensure company + title accuracy.
  • Waterfall Strategy:
    Apply enrichment in a cost-efficient waterfall until data completeness targets are met.
  • Speed & SLA:
    Deliver standard briefs within 24h; hot briefs within 4h.
  • Documentation:
    Record best practices for enrichment workflows and feedback for our data engineering team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years in GTM research, lead gen, or revenue operations.
  • Hands-on with
    Clay
    (must-have)
  • Experience building enrichment
    workflows
    — not just using single lookups.
  • Understanding of ICP definition: firmographics, technographics, seniority + function targeting.
  • Detail orientation: deduplication, QA, deliverability checks.
  • Ability to deliver results fast under tight timelines.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with
    n8n, Zapier, or Make
    for automation.
  • SQL basics or interest in learning data queries (to grow into data engineering).
  • Knowledge of outbound marketing workflows (cold email, LinkedIn outreach).
