Role Overview

We are seeking a
Digital Marketer
with
6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience
in paid advertising and content creation. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset, eager to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (social media posts, ad creatives, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns) aligned with brand goals.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to develop creative ad concepts and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, content strategies, and paid media best practices.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid ads and content creation.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and audience targeting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different brand voices.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
  • Experience in video content creation or editing.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or HubSpot (a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
